Geonamics (M) Sdn Bhd recently carried out a Statnamic load test for the Wharf 22 to Wharf 26 Upgrading project at North Port, Port Klang.

The Statnamic method is a rapid load test that applies a large axial load to the pile head in a fraction of a second by launching a reaction mass, allowing the load-carrying behaviour of the pile to be assessed without the need for conventional kentledge or anchor piles.
